Porn featuring girls with dicks emerged in the last decade as a distinct and popular niche, most noticeably in live-action porn. In 2D porn, typically hentai, “dickgirls” have been around for a long time under the futanari subgenre. As for 3DX, which has been able to come into its own thanks to more accessible and advanced software, dickgirls seem to be all the rage. I searched for the term “dickgirl” on Affect3D.com and found 74 results; while the term “threesome” – yet another enduringly popular porn theme – garnered only 53 results.
In this month’s issue, we’ll examine dickgirls in porn of all mediums and explore the reasons for their appeal. I should note that to be technically accurate, futanari girls are actually hermaphroditic because they have functional vaginas as well as penises.
The appeal of girls with dicks
Returning to our couple, the blonde dickgirl now pounds the brunette, who is spread-eagled and moaning as her eyes roll back in her head with pleasure. I’m thinking this is the best porn ever.
As a heterosexual male, dickgirl-on-girl porn is lesbian porn on steroids. I see sexy girl parts everywhere, yet I can also relate to the rock-hard, functional penis.
I can see how dickgirls could be appealing to bisexual or even gay men, if they happen to enjoy being “bottoms” and receiving anal sex.
Real dickgirls vs. simulated dickgirls
I previously discussed the differences in how a given fetish can manifest in live-action porn versus 2DX or 3DX porn. With dickgirls as a fetish, this area can get somewhat controversial.
Real dickgirls are transgender models, who aren’t always perfectly “passable” as women. This is a highly sensitive area, but in the porn industry, looks are literally everything. Assuming the model is feminine enough, she must also make significant efforts to perform on camera. In a porn context, that means being able to get an erection on command, maintain it throughout a scene, and then ejaculate more or less at the right time, and to shoot a large and visible load.
These biological functions are hampered mightily by hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which reduce libido and sperm count. Transgender stars often stop their HRT for weeks prior to shooting a scene. Otherwise, they won’t be able to ejaculate or maintain an erection. One former transgender model, Kelly Klaymour, described having to repeatedly use Viagra during her shoots. This sometimes lasted an entire week between different studios and disrupted her HRT and health.
I offer these details to help educate viewers, and also to point out that there’s a real benefit to futanari, 2DX or 3DX, being able to operate entirely free from these concerns.

Poll: Dickgirls in porn
This month, let’s take a deep dive into the dickgirl fetish and see what preferences people have for this genre.
Last month’s poll
As we went to press, we received 124 responses to the poll in last month’s column. The poll related to the column’s topic, which was the “Halloween costume” fetish. As usual, it was a male-dominated poll, with 92.7% reporting as male.
Here’s a look at the highlights.
- Demons and doctors are super popular around Halloween. The choices for favorite real-life Halloween costumes were unambiguous, with demons and demonesses getting 34.7% of votes. Doctors and nurses were in second place at 13.7%, and superheroes were in third with 8.1% of responses.
- Realistic 3DX was the medium of choice for Halloween porn, chosen by 67.7% of respondents. Cartoonish 3DX was second place at 16.1%, but realistic 3DX was by far what many prefer.
- Most respondents didn’t plan to dress up for Halloween; 41.9% said that they had no plans to dress up. It’s a surprising finding because you would expect people who read a Halloween fetish column and opted to take the survey would be “into” Halloween enough to dress up in costume. Only 27.4% planned to dress up while 30.6% hadn’t made up their minds.
